The Eaton MTL7789+ (2-channel) dual Zener barrier from the MTL7700 series is engineered for digital on/off inputs in hazardous-area installations, ensuring safe signal transfer between potentially explosive zones and control systems. 

Equipped with two independent channels, each channel supports digital switch-inputs with current < 10 mA, making it highly suitable for intrinsically safe (IS) circuits in EX-rated environments. The unit features a compact DIN-rail design, removable terminals for ease of installation, and an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +60 °C.
