We specialize in genuine OEM industrial automation components and aim to ensure every order meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
Because our products are technical, factory-sealed, and often made-to-order, please read the following return and refund conditions carefully.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
Returns are only accepted under specific circumstances such as:

Incorrect product delivered (wrong part number or specification)

Verified product defect or damage during transport

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and remain in its original factory-sealed packaging.

Serial numbers and product labels must be intact and match the delivery record.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Items that have been opened, installed, or modified cannot be accepted for return.
3. Return Procedure
Once your return request is approved:

Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.

The product must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RAN.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error was caused by Partify.
4. Inspection and Approval
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
If approved, a replacement or credit note/refund will be issued depending on stock availability.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-order items

Electrical or electronic components that have been powered or installed

Products sourced under special project pricing or non-stock agreements
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product, label, and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before payment confirmation or dispatch.
Once shipped, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.
