Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable worldwide delivery of genuine OEM industrial automation components.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and North & South America.
Our main logistics partners are DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex, ensuring full tracking and door-to-door service.
(We currently do not ship to sanctioned or war-affected regions.)
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an updated lead time before shipping.
3. Delivery Time
Typical delivery times (after dispatch):
• GCC & Middle East: 3–7 working days
• Europe & Asia: 5–10 working days
• North & South America: 7–12 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local courier networks.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
You will see the total shipping cost during checkout or in your official quotation.
For bulk orders or long-term supply agreements, we may offer discounted or consolidated freight rates.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier link.
You can monitor the shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless stated otherwise in writing.
We always provide correct commercial invoices and HS codes to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and shipping label.
In case of loss or delay, we will coordinate directly with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Split or Partial Shipments
For large or mixed orders, Partify may ship products in separate packages to optimize delivery speed and cost.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
